Cancellation Policy

- Requests received later than 1 business day prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation for the next service period.
Return and Refund Policy
- We strive to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
- If a client is not completely satisfied with our products, a refund may be provided.
- If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- For payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account.
